With dedicated regional coordinators and on-the-ground presence in every corner of Uganda, Oriven offers genuine local management — not remote oversight from a distant office.

Uganda's capital region is our headquarters and primary operational hub. Central Uganda has the highest concentration of Diaspora-owned assets — urban apartments, commercial properties, businesses and residential homes. Our Kampala team provides the fastest response times and the widest network of verified professionals.
Eastern Uganda is characterised by significant agricultural potential — maize, rice, tea, sugarcane and fish farming along the Nile basin. Many Diaspora families originate from this region, with inherited land and family compounds requiring active professional oversight. Our Jinja-based team covers the entire Eastern region with regular site visits.
Western Uganda is the country's most productive agricultural region — tea, coffee, dairy, matooke and livestock. It is also home to Uganda's tourism corridor (Bwindi, Queen Elizabeth NP). Properties and farms here command high values and require active, experienced management. Our Mbarara-based team covers the entire Western region.
Post-conflict recovery has created significant land documentation challenges in the North. Oriven's services here focus on land recovery, documentation, and customary rights support — working closely with district land offices and all LC structures. We help families reclaim and properly document assets that may have been lost or undocumented during conflict years.
No matter which region your assets are in, Oriven has boots on the ground — verified, experienced coordinators who know their area inside out.
Each region is led by a dedicated coordinator — verified, locally embedded and accountable to both Oriven's management and to our clients.
