Oriven is the professional bridge between the Ugandan Diaspora and their assets back home — managing land, farms, properties and businesses with absolute integrity, verified paperwork, and people you can genuinely trust. With offices in both Uganda and the UK.
"I sent money home to build. My cousin sold the land. I had no one to trust."
— A story we hear far too often from the Ugandan Diaspora.
Funds sent home misused, stolen by relatives or dishonest agents
Properties sold without the owner's knowledge or consent
Farms neglected, encroached upon, or illegally occupied
Rental income collected but never remitted to the owner abroad
Businesses run into the ground by local managers
Fake title deeds and fraudulent land transactions
No reliable, professionally-structured management party
We operate across all four regions of Uganda and the United Kingdom, with a team bound by professional duty, verified credentials, and legally binding written agreements — so your assets are protected whether you are in London, Toronto, New York or Stockholm.
Every client onboarded through identity verification & formal agreement
All tasks documented with signed terms, conditions and scope of work
Registered with LCs, URSB, URA and all four regional land registry offices
Regular photographic and written progress reports delivered to clients
Property and vehicle insurance options through IRA-licensed providers
Fully transparent fee structure with zero hidden costs
Confidentiality guaranteed under signed NDA and professional code of conduct
Whether you're based in the UK or elsewhere in the Diaspora, Oriven has a dedicated local team to receive you, understand your needs, and manage your Ugandan assets with complete professionalism.
Our UK branch serves Ugandans across Britain and Europe — providing a local point of contact for enquiries, consultations, KYC onboarding and client relationship management, all while managing your assets back home in Uganda.
Our Kampala headquarters is the operational hub of everything we do. From here, we coordinate our four regional teams across Central, Eastern, Western and Northern Uganda — managing assets on the ground with full accountability.
From a single plot of land to a full property portfolio — we manage every asset class with professional care, photographic evidence, and full income accountability.
Professional management of your farmland — from planting supervision to harvest and sale. Every acre accounted for, every season reported.
We manage residential and commercial properties — collecting rent, maintaining premises and ensuring tenants are properly screened and reliable.
Building from abroad? We supervise construction on your behalf — vetting contractors, monitoring progress and ensuring funds are spent correctly.
We assist with buying land safely — verifying title deeds, working with the Land Registry, LC offices and surveyors to ensure you own what you pay for.
Starting or running a business in Uganda from abroad? We handle registration, management oversight and financial reporting on your behalf.
Own vehicles, generators or farm equipment in Uganda? We manage their upkeep, insurance and ensure they are used only for their intended purpose.
A clear, structured, fully documented process — from your first enquiry to ongoing professional asset management. No guesswork, no hidden steps.
Submit your enquiry online, by email or WhatsApp. We respond within 48 hours with a tailored service proposal.
Identity verification — passport, proof of ownership and source of funds submitted, verified and filed securely.
A legally binding service agreement outlining scope, fees, timelines and responsibilities — signed by both parties.
Our regional team begins work — verified, photographed, GPS-tagged and documented every single step of the way.
Regular written reports and your income remitted directly to your account abroad. Full transparency always.
With dedicated regional coordinators in each region, we offer genuine on-the-ground presence — not remote management from a distant office.
For Ugandans in the Diaspora who refuse to let distance become vulnerability.
Whether you left Uganda five years ago or twenty — your assets back home deserve the same care and protection you would give them if you were there yourself. We are your eyes, your voice, and your guardian on the ground.
+ All other countries with Ugandan diaspora communities — we serve everyone, everywhere.
These are not marketing words. They are the contractual and professional terms under which every member of Oriven operates — without exception, without negotiation.
We do what we say. Every commitment is documented, every action is reported, and every shilling is fully accounted for.
We act in your interest alone. No conflict of interest, no side deals, and no self-serving decisions — ever.
Verified credentials, continuous professional development, and deep expertise in Ugandan property and agricultural law.
Your personal, financial and asset information is never shared with any third party without your explicit written consent.
Every Oriven representative upholds the highest standards — accountable, respectful, and legally compliant at all times.
Real experiences from Ugandans in the Diaspora who trusted Oriven to protect and manage their assets back home.
"After losing money twice to people I trusted, finding Oriven changed everything. They sent photos of my farm every month and transferred the harvest income directly to my London account. Finally, real peace of mind."
"I bought land in Gulu and was terrified of title fraud. Oriven verified every single document with the land registry. The entire process was transparent and I received a full written report. Absolutely professional."
"My Kampala rental property had been mismanaged for years. Oriven took over, found new vetted tenants, signed proper leases, and now I receive my rent every month without having to chase a single person."

All information is strictly confidential and secure
Everything you need to know before getting started with Oriven.
Oriven operates under a signed legal service agreement with every client. We work with verified government bodies, LC offices, and licensed professionals. All team members sign confidentiality agreements and professional codes of conduct. Every action is documented and reported to you in writing. We encourage clients to engage independent legal advisers before signing, and we welcome scrutiny — it's how we build trust.
All fees are clearly outlined in the Service Agreement before any work begins — there are zero hidden charges. Our management fee depends on the service type and scope. Operational costs (e.g. government registration fees, survey costs, contractor payments) are the client's responsibility and are invoiced separately with full receipts. We publish our fee schedule in the Documents section of this website.
Yes. Oriven has a UK branch based in London, specifically to serve Ugandans across Britain and Europe. Our UK office handles enquiries, client consultations, KYC onboarding and ongoing client relationship management for UK-based clients. You can reach our UK team at uk@oriventrust.com or +44 7462 338692 (also on WhatsApp), Monday to Friday 9am–6pm GMT.
Yes. We carry out full due diligence: title deed verification at the Land Registry, LC confirmation, seller identity checks, survey and boundary confirmation, and caveat searches. We work with registered advocates for legal transfer documents. We do not recommend any purchase until all checks are complete and reported to you in writing.
Income is collected on your behalf and remitted directly to your bank account or mobile money account abroad using verified international transfer channels. A full income statement and receipt records are provided with every remittance. Remittances are made within 5 business days of month-end.
No. The entire onboarding process can be completed remotely — by email, WhatsApp and video call. Documents can be signed electronically. For UK-based clients, you can meet our London team in person. For very large land purchases, we may recommend a visit or the use of a Power of Attorney with a verified local advocate — but this is not mandatory for most services.
Oriven provides regular condition reports, so issues are usually identified early. If something urgent arises — damage, encroachment, or a tenant dispute — we notify you immediately and advise on the best course of action. All significant expenditure requires your written approval first. Where insurance is in place, we liaise with the insurer directly on your behalf.
Absolutely. Confidentiality is one of our five core professional principles. Your identity, financial information and asset details are never disclosed to any third party without your explicit written consent. All staff sign confidentiality agreements as a condition of employment. We comply fully with Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act 2019.
Thank you for reaching out to Oriven Trust Asset Management. Our team will review your enquiry and contact you within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp.
